My wife, Katey has been lobbying to get some work done to recreate the habitat necessary to maintain the wild flowers that were being out-competed on the Cherry Orchard Nature Reserve. So I’m really pleased to have just received an update from the council about the scrub clearance that will soon be happening. This land is not in Battenhall ward but it is close to many residents living in Battenhall and many people use this land for walks etc.
